Shaam-e-Faiz: Listening Session

On November 20th, we paid homage to Faiz Ahmad Faiz on his death anniversary with a special commemorative listening session on the Bhulley speakers. The event brought together students, artists, and admirers of Faiz’s work for an intimate reflection on his enduring legacy. Guests experienced a curated selection of ghazals written by Faiz and recorded live at the SIPA Recording Studio, featuring performances by artists across different generations. The session highlighted the timeless relevance of Faiz’s poetry and the transformative power of musical interpretation in keeping his voice alive.

Our Vision

In the words of Raza Kazim:

“The objective of the Institute is to discover and establish through knowledge, reason and verification, a framework of theory and practice in an effort to contribute towards a new and superior civilization emerging in our time. The Institute symbolizes my answer to the age-old question of human misery and happiness: taking the next step in human evolution through mental intelligence.”

Consistent with its conceived vision, SIPA has functioned as a dynamic social laboratory, fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and innovation.
