The Department of Philosophy at SIPA emerged from a deep dissatisfaction with the human condition and the traditional frameworks of understanding it. Recognizing the limitations of conventional ethical, moral, and humanistic approaches, the department pioneered a new discipline: Evolutionary Mentology (EM). This innovative field integrates philosophical and scientific inquiry to explore the human mind’s origins, evolution, structure, functioning, relationship with Nature and its future trajectory.
The department’s core objective is to develop both a comprehensive theoretical framework, informed by cutting-edge scientific knowledge, and its practical applications in order to change individuals and society. The scope of this work encompasses both the macro and micro dimensions of human life, addressing logic and evolution of Nature, genetic and human mental evolution, and the intersection of social culture, politics, and economics.
Evolutionary Mentology provides individuals with intelligent tools for understanding, developing, and changing their own selves, and their social culture. By applying these tools, individuals can restructure their thoughts, emotions, and habits, ultimately contributing to a societal renaissance that produces harmony, happiness, order, stability, and human growth.
