The Sanjan Nagar Institute of Philosophy & Arts (SIPA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to original inquiry and innovation in the fields of philosophy, music, audio engineering, and photography. Based in Lahore, Pakistan, the Institute was founded in 1995 as a laboratory for developing and testing new ideas across these disciplines. Since its inception, SIPA has been fully supported and directed by Raza Kazim, who has pursued both theoretical and practical research in these areas since 1970.
